Hollaboxx is part of the Chew TV network. The following Terms & Conditions must be fulfilled when using Hollaboxx TV.
The Chew TV Network provides its service to you, subject to the following 'Terms Of Use', which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the 'Terms Of Use' at any time here. Your use of the Chew TV Network constitutes acceptance of the 'Terms Of Use' service
- You must be thirteen or older to use the the Chew TV Network.
- You may access the Chew TV Network and its services for non-commercial purposes only.
- No part of the Chew TV Network can be copied for commercial use.
- Your use of (including downloading) browsing on this website is at your own risk.
- ALL content submitted to the Chew TV Network will be screened for suitability before it is uploaded onto any sites.
- ALL content submitted onto Chew TV Network sites by users under eighteen years old, must have the consent of their Parent or legal Guardian who will need to provide their name and email address on submission.
- ALL adults working for the Chew TV Network have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Record Bureau along with Child Safeguarding training (Including online safeguarding training).
- All personal information held about you by the Chew TV Network is password protected for your privacy and security under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Use of the Chew TV Network Sites
In order to gain full access to the Chew TV Network, users must be over the age of thirteen.
the Chew TV Network strongly recommends that users under the age of 16 get a parent or guardian's permission before registering with the Chew TV Network.
It is advised to all users not to use their real names and to not provide any personal information about yourself or anyone else.

By submitting content onto the Chew TV Network , there is a chance that your work could be aggregated to third party sites, by the 'sharing' option. If you do not want your work to be shared with others, please email admin@chewtv.com and the embed code to your films will be removed from the network.

Reproduction for strictly non-commercial private use is however permitted. No content submitted onto the Chew TV Network may contain any copyright material, this includes any information, images, photo's, logo's and music that have not had the prior written consent of use by the copyright holder. It is the Content producers responsibility to ensure that there is no copyright material submitted to the Chew TV Network. For more information click here.
The Chew TV Network will take the producers word that the appropriate permissions have been given. The Chew TV Network will only publish those works believed to not infringe copyright laws. If the Chew TV Network are later informed that copyright material has been inadvertently published it will be taken down immediately.
Content and Monitoring
All content submitted to the Chew TV Network will be screened for suitability by Channel Controller's and the Chew TV Network's Content Manager before it is uploaded or posted onto a channel. Content believed to infringe copyright will be rejected. (Please refer to the copyright section of this document)

Your use of (including downloading) and browsing on this website are at your own risk. Contact with Children and Young People
All adults working with the Chew TV Network have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau. All adults employed by the Chew TV Network are trained to understand and adhere to the Chew TV Network's child safeguarding policy both online and offline and are up-to-date with the latest Chew TV Network policies.
Any child under the age of 16 who wishes to register with the Chew TV Network should have permission from their parent or guardian before they access the interactive sections of the site.
Any child under 18 must have appropriate adult consent when submitting video content to the Chew TV Network.
Applicable Law
The law of England and Wales govern the terms on the Chew TV Network, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
